Traverseing Pune Projectile - Part 1 -

The first outing nearby Pune was enough to make me intoxicated.As usuall it was a sudden plan charted out. Best part of Being in Pune is the climate is soothing almost all year around.

The first place to visit was Shirgaon ! A complete replica of Sai Baba Temple at shirdi !Its around 30 km from Pune.The best part is its on the Old Mumbai Pune highway ! The entire course is  very resplendent - blossoming with agglomeration of Orange and yellow cosmos.After I entered the temple I could identify ,The temple has 3 sections , the courtyard , The Main shrine and the Palace for Food and stay.

I dont know whether its my name or I amseriously Lucky coz the time we reached the Sai temple it was almost   12:30 and Aarti had just begun.It was simply Gargantuan to be part of the holistic benediction.After almost 45 minutes of subconscious capitulate , We decided to move on to our next stop for luncheon.

We heard of the most talked about "Tony Da dhaba"...!! It was just 10 - 15 km from the shirgaon location!The most intresting observation for this food stop was they serve australian EMU turkey ,duck etc which are quite a rare delicacy!!

My heart was aching for "Emu Tikka " but then I had to drop the thought coz I was getting referred to as Rapacious person ! I still regret for not having tasting that !I remember in chennai I had tasted almost all of the marine Delicacies starting from Squid to baby sharks !!

I am hoping the next time I go there , I will definitely have a sneak peak of tasting the bird.But for now I had to satisfy my hunger with the same old Desi chicken menu.As per the hype , the food served in Dhaba was not as per my expectation. The Prawn was disgusting.The only thing I loved over there was Sweet Lassi.Too yum for my almost dying to death Taste buds!!

I must say , the only thing people go there is for ambience , n to savour the unique Australian birds!!On the stretched way from Mumbai to Pune , this is one place where u can hang up!! but with Expectations confined!! It is not as par with the Punjabi dhaba which make u feel content with food!!I

We had Paan , sweet one as a happy conclusion to the expedition.

The return trip was tiring coz of Scorching Heat !!

The Day was Over whelming and indeed the Trip was one of the beautiful memories , I will keep cherished!! I will definitely try to visit the dhaba again , coz of the phenomenon happening to me as "EMU Calling"

Tale behind the name of Megawati Sukarnoputri !

Knowledge is never narcissistic. And when its knowledge about a legendary politician Hailing from your state , its definitely distinguished.

Here comes a legend a true story about the man that most of you know as a former Chief minister of Orissa Sir Biju Pattnaik.I am not considered about his political capabilities , neither his tenure in Orissa , but this story about him which had been listening to as a child from my dad and today , I am Proud to be born in thy State .


Biju Pattnaik was an airforce pilot and he participated actively in freedom movement with Mahatma Gandhi and other leaders.It was year 1947 when Indonesia was trying to get freedom from  Dutch Rule.On order of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru , Biju Pattnaik Flew to Indonesia to rescue President Sukarno and his family to India who were attacked by the rebellious dutch.

President Sukarno's wife Yogyakarta was last moment pregnant.Hence though , Biju patnaik , rescued them he had to do a emergency landing before reaching India .It was raining heavily and amidst all inconviniences , Yogyakarta gave birth to a baby girl.On Request of President sukarno , Bijupattnaik , gave his baby child name as Megawati Sukarnoputri - meghavatī = "she who has a cloud", i.e. a raincloud, as it was raining when she was born" Sukarnoputri means "daughter of Sukarno" !

Besided this President of Indonesia offered Biju Pattnaik 10.000 Acres of Teak forest , two deep oil mills and highest civilian award, Bhumi Putra (Son of Soil).Had he accepted them he would have been the richest man of India , but denied to all materialistic offerings saying that "The Son of Kalinga has performed his duty , and he will never take an offering to perform his duties"
Till today the entire pattnaik family enjoys dual citizenship for years to come.An eminent leader who has brought glory to not only his state but to his nation.

How many people residing in our nation have recieved such an honour?


Megawati Sukarnoputri is the fifth President of Indonesia and influential Indonesian Leader!


This is the short story I wanted to say to all my friends , who are unaware of the legend Biju Pattnaik and the glory he fetched for country.


He said the following things for people of Orissa "To be born poor is not a crime but to remain so is indeed a crime'. 'Be loyal not to me but to the destiny of the State'. 'Orissa is a rich state where poor people live'. 'Be a pride to your State and not a shame'."

The Dogma of Politics and verdict !

Yesterday was the day when the entire nation kept its finger crossed for the verdict.I didnt go to office as my capricious mind kept me intuiting that something will happen. something that I will be a part of .Knowingly or unknowingly i along with my friends were thinking that we are going to be part of a historical turbulence. Waiting for the courte verdict was like waiting for my C>B>S>E exam results.Sharp at 3:30 I logged into their website "http://allahabadhighcourt.in?which was as expected overloaded.The QA within me started identified the possibility of load and stress testing on the website which was not able to bear the traffic.I listed all possibility of load testing that I could identify , test tools , projects etc etc , finally i realized m behaving more like a  it geek thana sensible resident.

I heard from everybody but i decided as usual that i will engrave my views.Which are still fixed.I came across the facts that the original Hindu temple was demolished or dramatically modified on the orders of the Mughal emperor Babur and the mosque was built in its place. Masjid built by Emperor Babur stands on the border of the town of Ayodhya. It is most unfortunate that Masjid should have been built on land specially held sacred by the Hindus!Later on Hindu nationalists demolished the Babri Masjid mosque in Ayodhya on December 6,  1992! which in turn led to riots all over the nation.


Being a hindu I stand biased , by the fact that what all atrocities are suffered by the liberal mass.Still deep down i feel that we are becoming too liberal to be taken for granted.m listening to all I am being part of every discussion but deep down i feel that since past 25 years of mylife i have mostly seen the people of this religion at stake.And no person , no discussion no convincing power can change my views.

I still remember this old masjid standing just 100 metres next to Aurangabad district Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga shrine, in Aurangabad district, Maharashtra, is located near the rock-cut temples of Ellora .I dnt oppose why it is there ,I oppose the thought with which it was built there.It stands thereunused barren , but still it remains there!

While discussing on the verdict still i find people raising voice coz the verdict was one-third of the disputed land should be given to the Sunni Central Board of Waqfs (U.P.), one-third to the Nirmohi Akhara and one-third to the party for 'Ram Lalla'. The court further ruled that the area where the idols of Ram are present shall be given to the Hindus in the final decree, and the rest of the land shall be divided equally by metes and bounds among the three parties.

Now the concern is that if the Naga sadhus will be demanded their land as they are also the part of Hinduism , then where are they gonna stay! they are the essence of allahabad and without them the place will loose its sanctity.

3 hours of Continuous cynical criticism on TIMES now by Arnab Goswami had engulfed almost all my family.He has a power , power to shun people and so is Mr LK Advani.I mut say , the people who are righteous , true , never afraid of anyone.I could not resist noticing that he was drinking on TV and he shunned Arnab and every other person for their speed of speak, or pitch ofvoice or everything , but the most imp thing i liked about him was he was fearless and he was punctual.Dot 10pm before even arnab could end the show he decide to get release  from the interview.The most powerful advocate of India who has been part n parcel of
historical cases like Indira Gandhi murder , was not at all hesitant to mention that he is part of BJP coz , its less corrupt compared to other party practices.

Lest the day was more informative coz I was questioning myself and for me , when I am questioning myself, I am taking decisions , & when i am taking decisions it implies , I am Learning , Learning me !
